There is 1 comment on New Supreme Court Term Kicks Off with “Ghost Guns” Case

  1. The ATF pulled a ruling out of their backside, and attempted to make law. Only congress critters, have the authority to make law not unelected bureaucrats twisting regulatory authority rule beyond the proper scope their purview. The supreme court addressed this last year and it will reinforce that decision by expanding the scope of the 2024 ruling, when the receive the 80% Frames Non-Firearms “Ghost Guns” Nonsense Case. BU, being the Marxist Cauldron of indoctrination and Inculcation of young impressionable minds, having their heads filled of collectivist mush, would love for a civil rights case to impede the second amendment. However, that is not happening. Ghost Guns could be regulated and require serial numbers, if the congress critters, desire it. It might not be a bad idea, either. However, good luck getting that bill through in the next 4 years.
