Fed up with the not-so-great indoors? We hear you. We’ve all spent months inside, ducking the cold and trying to protect ourselves from COVID. Now that spring has arrived, it’s time to venture outdoors, get a change of scene, some fresh air, exercise, or, of course, shopping. It’s important not just for your physical health (hello, extra pounds!), but for your mental health as well.
