Tom Finan, Caleb Ratinetz, Dominick Calisto, and Pat Myers

Tom Finan (Questrom’83), Caleb Ratinetz (CGS’13, Questrom’15), Dominick Calisto (Questrom’17), and Pat Myers (Questrom’17) were at the helm of an effort to relocate the US Department of General Services’ headquarters to its new home in Washington, D.C.’s Ward 7. The project was the result of a 2019 D.C. Mayor’s Order to recenter government agencies in the city’s underserved neighborhoods. Caleb and Dominick represented building owners Asland Capital Partners, while Tom and Pat led the efforts of the development team, Trammell Crow Company. Tom (soccer), Dominick (lacrosse), and Pat (lacrosse) also represented Boston University for four years each on the athletic field.
