Todd Albert
Todd Albert (CAS’99) of Beaverton, Ore., has been appointed Oregon’s public records advocate. The advocate is an independent, statewide office devoted to mediating disputes between public records requesters and records custodians, providing training to public employees and members of the public on the letter and spirit of the law, and chairing the Public Records Advisory Council. Todd is also the author of the forthcoming children’s book about a family’s tiny, timid, rescued catlike Maltese coming to terms with the birth of the family’s first baby.
