Thomas Devaney and Chrissy Hungate

Thomas Devaney (CFA’86) of Bow, N.H., and Chrissy Hungate (CFA’86) of Lowell, Mass., exhibited their work together in Concentric Circles, a multimedia show held at the Great Bay Community College’s Gateway Gallery last spring. Thomas and Chrissy met at BU, where they both earned
bachelor’s degrees in sculpture, and their early collaboration turned into a lifelong friendship. Concentric Circles marks the first time they have
exhibited their work together since their senior show at BU. Thomas also curated Intertwined, an exhibition featuring work by Michelle Lougee
(CFA’89,’94) of Cambridge, Mass., last fall in the Gateway Gallery. Michelle’s fiber, sculpture, and ceramic work is composed mainly of postconsumer
plastic and examines the tangled relationships between nature, plastic consumption, and humanity. Learn more about Thomas at tdevaney.com, or email him at tdevaney@ccsnh.edu.
