Sandra (Minkin) Lampert

Sandra (Minkin) Lampert (PAL’54) of Studio City, Calif., earned a Master of Science at California State University, Northridge. She taught at Los Angeles Mission College for 32 years, where she served as chair of the professional studies department. “I am a member of the American Culinary Federation and very active, still giving food demos to the community,” she writes. “Lately, I even had fun Making Art with Food classes at a local elementary school for a kindergarten and second-grade class. We made turkeys out of pears and peppers, and we made creatures using celery and various veggies.
