Richard Samuel Deese (GRS’95,’07) of Acton, Mass., published We Are Amphibians: Julian and Aldous Huxley on the Future of Our Species (University of California Press, 2015). It explores the contributions of the biologist Julian Huxley and his brother, the writer Aldous Huxley, to 20th-century debates about the environment, technology, and the future of our species.
