Rachel (Ripley) Roach

Rachel (Ripley) Roach (Wheelock’64) of Tehachapi, Calif., retired from teaching after 36 years and moved to a mountain town. “We actually have four seasons with snow,” she writes. “I get to watch the Vandenberg rocket launches out of my front window.” Rachel is active in the California Retired Teachers Association, which allows her to keep in touch with other former educators in the state.
