Peter Rawitsch

Peter Rawitsch (Wheelock’77) of Wilmington, N.C., cofounded the education justice group Love Our Children in March 2021. In April of the following year, the group convinced the New Hanover County Board of Education to approve a policy prohibiting students under the age of eight from receiving out-of-school suspensions for minor infractions.
