Norman Rozeff

Norman Rozeff (CAS’55) of Harlingen, Tex., has contributed to the Rio Grande Valley History series anthologies (Texas Southmost College, University of Texas Rio Grande Valley) for a decade. He has written Sunday history columns that have been published in the Harlingen Valley Morning Star newspaper since 2003.
