Natalia Sieira Millán
Natalia Sieira Millán (CAS’08, Pardee’08) of Hartford, Conn., was promoted to partner at Shipman & Goodwin LLP in January 2023. Natalia is a member of Shipman’s school law practice group, representing local and regional boards of education, regional educational service centers, and charter schools in all areas of school law. She also teaches education law courses at the University of Connecticut’s Neag School of Education and at Quinnipiac University’s School of Education and School of Law. In addition to her pro bono practice representing minors in immigration matters, Natalia serves on the junior board of directors of the Family & Children’s Agency and as a volunteer translator for the Starfish Connection and the Connecticut Association of Community Health Workers.
