Merlyn Griffiths

Merlyn Griffiths(Questrom’88) of Greensboro, N.C., an associate professor of marketing at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, was invited topresent her research on hookah smoking at the Food and Drug Administration’s Waterpipes Workshop at the Center for Tobacco Products in Silver Spring, Md., which took place in March 2016. Merlyn’s work examines hookah culture and the impact of marketing on consumer waterpipe smoking.
