Matthew M. Harper

Matthew M. Harper (CAS’96) of San Diego, Calif., retired from the US Navy in June 2016, after 20 years as a surface warfare officer. He is director of entrepreneur services at VentureMoney Management Co., a venture capital company in San Diego.
