Mark Lane (CAS’76, GRS’79) of Ormond Beach, Fla., received the 2019 Charlton Tebeau Book Award for general audience history writing from the Florida Historical Society for his book Roaring Reptiles, Bountiful Citrus, and Neon Pies: An Unofficial Guide to Florida’s Official Symbols (University Press of Florida, 2019).
