Marissa Fayer
Marissa Fayer (ENG’00) of New Rochelle, N.Y., delivered a TEDx Talk in Lugano, Switzerland, titled, “How to Ensure Social Enterprises Have an Impact.” Marissa is founder and CEO of HERHealthEQ, whose goal is to reduce female mortality in developing nations by providing access to medical device equipment, creating an equitable standard of care. The organization focuses on providing equipment involved in the treatment of the top noncommunicable diseases that impact the developing world, such as cancers affecting women, diabetes, and heart disease.
