Liz Joyal (Wheelock’00, SSW’21) of Worcester, Mass., works at the Massachusetts Adoption Resource Exchange, which finds adoptive homes for the 1,200 children and teens in foster care. “It is the same agency I called first when my husband and I began our own adoption process, culminating in the adoption of our now 14-year-old, who moved in with us when he was 10,” she writes. “To be able to work with this organization and help families that were like me when we started is a dream come true.”
