Kristin (Sonntag) Wilcox

Kristin (Sonntag) Wilcox (CAS’93) of Sykesville, Md., published a book about her son’s ADHD, Andrew’s Awesome Adventures with His ADHD Brain: Helping Children and Parents to Understand Inattentive-type ADHD (MSI Press, 2022). “My research, started at BU with Kathleen Kantak, was in the field of behavioral pharmacology, and eventually included studying ADHD medications,” she writes. “With my published book, I hope to increase awareness of inattentive ADHD (commonly referred to as ADD) in boys, a topic primarily discussed in girls and, more recently, adults.” Email Kristin at kmwilcox071@gmail.com.
