Kristen Lee

Kristen Lee (SSW’00) of Boston, Mass., hosted “Crackin’ Up with Dr. Kris,” a live comedy show aimed at destigmatizing mental health. The show took place in August 2021 and featured comedians Tooky Kavanagh and Emily Ruskowski. Part of the event’s proceeds were donated to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization, and to the African American Knowledge Optimized for Mindfully Healthy Adolescents (AAKOMA) Project, focused on supporting youth of color and their families through racial justice and mental health access.
