Jessie (Joseph) Thomas
Jessie (Joseph) Thomas (COM’93) of Jellico, Tenn., is grateful for her days at the College of Communication. When she started her personal chef vocation, she was able to use her background in PR to land a regular spot on a cooking segment on WBIR’s live news show. She has pivoted to teach cooking not just on TV but online through the University of Tennessee. She can be found on Instagram as @jessoulfood and on the WBIR website.
