Ilene Mitnick

Ilene Mitnick (COM’81) of Provincetown, Mass., is co-owner of Roux, a restored Victorian bed and breakfast in Provincetown’s East End Gallery District. In October, Roux was named Best Inn—Cape Cod in Boston magazine’s 2015 Best of Boston awards, “nearly a year to the day of opening its doors,” Ilene writes.
