Heather Sparling

Heather Sparling (CFA’10) of Chicago, Ill., writes, “I’ve been keeping busy amidst the chaos that is our industry these days. I’m grateful every day for my new job as lighting supervisor at the University of Chicago, where I’ve been virtually mentoring students, dabbling in a bit of teaching, and hosting weekly workshops with local theater artists. Otherwise, I’m reading a lot, crushing some jigsaw puzzles, and staying in touch with loved ones. I wish all of you the best, and I hope you’re staying safe and sane as show business continues to hit the pause button.”
