Erica (Stritch) Schultz

Erica (Stritch) Schultz (Questrom’04) of Stow, Mass., coauthored Not Today: The 9 Habits of Extreme Productivity (Matt Holt, 2021) with her husband, Mike. The book is about their experience caring for their son, Ari, who was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect and underwent two heart surgeries in utero and multiple operations after birth. After five years and five months, his body rejected his heart transplant and Ari passed away. The couple shares the techniques that allowed them to get work done and keep their business afloat during one of the most difficult times of their lives. Email Erica at eschultz@raingroup.com.
