Derek Tynes (CAS’74) of San Francisco, Calif., was appointed director of talent and culture of the Evelyn and Walter Haas, Jr. Fund. He oversees efforts to ensure that the fund’s organizational culture and human resources systems are aligned with its values and strategic vision.
