Ben Golant

Ben Golant (CGS’86, CAS’88, COM’88) of Washington, D.C., is chief counsel for intellectual property policy at the Entertainment Software Association, representing the video game industry in Washington, D.C. Ben started there in September 2015 after a long career in the federal government, at the Federal Communications Commission, United States Copyright Office, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where he worked on communications, technology, and content policy matters.
